All bodywork treatments incorporate warm oil, gentle flowing & fluid touch to nurture your body. Guided meditation or breathing practices to support nervous system regulation and calm the mind. At times very firm pressure at haemata (pressure points) assist to release deep tension. This compression includes use of elbows, forearms and knees with occasional use of full body weight assist supported grounding. Your body and soul guide what is required in the unique flow of your treatment.

I have a culmination modalities from many years practicing as a Remedial Massage Therapist I draw from the practice of Zen Thai and traditional Maori Bodywork, Reiki & theta healing, light dynamics and other spiritual healing and shamanic practices. 

Where appropriate I may utilize hot rocks, gentle cupping, essential oils, or anti inflammatory creams & balms.

I also incorporate tools from nature such as stones, crystals, feathers, smoke, sticks, taku taku (incantation) sound and breath.
